Dolphin E-Series Comparison: E10 vs E20 vs E30 vs E50 vs E70
The Explorer E-Series is Dolphin's most popular residential range outside the US. The five models share the same basic platform — CleverClean™ navigation, top-load filtration, lightweight bodies — and mainly differ in pool size capacity, cleaning coverage and connectivity. Here's how they stack up.

Which one should you buy?
E10 — the pick for above-ground pools. It's the lightest of the family and the top-load filter basket makes emptying painless, but it doesn't climb walls, so keep it to flat-bottomed pools.
E20 — adds wall climbing and suits most small in-ground pools. If your budget stops here, it's a dependable choice.
E30 — the sweet spot for most buyers. Waterline scrubbing is the feature you'll notice every day, because the waterline is where the visible scum ring forms. This is the model we recommend to most readers.
E50 — takes the E30's coverage and adds MyDolphin™ Plus app control with cycle choices and delayed starts. Worth it if you like scheduling cleans from your phone.
E70 — the top Explorer: bigger pool capacity, stronger filtration and full app features. At this price, also compare the M700, which adds a temperature sensor, filter gauge and a 4-year warranty.
