Dolphin Encore: discontinued, still remembered
The Dolphin Encore was a residential Maytronics robot from an earlier product generation. It is no longer produced, but working units survive and searches for it continue — usually from owners keeping one going or buyers offered one second-hand.
Keeping an Encore running
Wear parts (filters, brushes, tracks, belts) are the lifeline; buy spares whenever you find them, because supply for discontinued models only shrinks. Every fault pattern in our troubleshooting guide applies — start there before assuming the worst, and know the reset procedure. Sealed motor-unit failures are usually the economic end of the road.
What replaces it
Feature-for-feature, today's equivalents are the Nautilus CC family in the US and the E30/S300 internationally — every one of them filters finer, uses less power and carries a fresh warranty. See all current models to match your pool.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Dolphin Encore?
The Dolphin Encore is a residential robotic pool cleaner from the Maytronics Dolphin Legacy range. Like all Dolphin robotic pool vacuums it plugs into a low-voltage power supply, drives itself around the pool and collects debris in its own onboard filter, independent of your pool pump.
Does the Dolphin Encore come with a warranty?
Yes — all Dolphin robotic pool cleaners carry a Maytronics manufacturer warranty. The exact length for the Dolphin Encore varies by region and retailer, so check the listing or your local dealer before buying.
Where is the best place to buy the Dolphin Encore?
For most buyers, Amazon offers the best combination of price, delivery and returns for the Dolphin Encore. In the Middle East, Dolphin cleaners are also sold through local Maytronics dealers — see our worldwide availability guide.
How do I maintain the Dolphin Encore?
Rinse the filter after every cycle, check the brushes and tracks for wear each month, keep the power supply shaded and dry, and store the robot out of direct sun. Our Dolphin maintenance guide covers the full routine step by step.
