Dolphin Premier: the multi-media specialist
The Dolphin Premier has one signature trick no other Dolphin matches: interchangeable filtration media, including an oversized fine filter bag, standard cartridges and ultra-fine cartridges. For pools under trees — where a normal robot's basket fills with leaves mid-cycle — that leaf bag is the reason the Premier has such a loyal following in the US.
What you get
- Three filtration options — oversized leaf/debris bag, standard and ultra-fine cartridges — swapped in seconds for the day's job.
- Floor, wall and waterline cleaning with dual scrubbing brushes.
- CleverClean™ navigation and anti-tangle swivel cable.
- Premium warranty positioning in the US Dolphin line — confirm the current term on the listing.
Premier problems? Start here
Premier owners searching for troubleshooting usually hit one of the classics — starts then stops (bag overfull or impeller jam), not climbing, or a tangled cable. Our guides cover them all: starts then stops, not climbing walls, tangled cord and the master troubleshooting guide.
Alternatives
If the leaf bag isn't a must, the Nautilus CC Supreme offers comparable flagship cleaning with app control, and the M700 is the international flagship equivalent. Light-debris pools do fine a tier down with the CC Plus.
Who it suits
Leafy yards, heavy seasonal debris, and owners who value serviceable, swappable filtration over apps and sensors.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Dolphin Premier?
The Dolphin Premier is a residential robotic pool cleaner from the Maytronics Dolphin Premier range. Like all Dolphin robotic pool vacuums it plugs into a low-voltage power supply, drives itself around the pool and collects debris in its own onboard filter, independent of your pool pump.
Does the Dolphin Premier come with a warranty?
Yes — all Dolphin robotic pool cleaners carry a Maytronics manufacturer warranty. The exact length for the Dolphin Premier varies by region and retailer, so check the listing or your local dealer before buying.
Where is the best place to buy the Dolphin Premier?
For most buyers, Amazon offers the best combination of price, delivery and returns for the Dolphin Premier. In the Middle East, Dolphin cleaners are also sold through local Maytronics dealers — see our worldwide availability guide.
How do I maintain the Dolphin Premier?
Rinse the filter after every cycle, check the brushes and tracks for wear each month, keep the power supply shaded and dry, and store the robot out of direct sun. Our Dolphin maintenance guide covers the full routine step by step.
